cancellation policy

all appointments made with Enchanted Beauty Bar will receive a reminder via message 24 hours before your booking, you will need to confirm your appointment. If you need to cancel your appointment, you will need to cancel 12 hours ahead of your appointment otherwise there will be a 50% charge to your card for the appointment that was booked.

No-show/ late fee policy

No show to your appointment will also result in a 50% charge to your appointment and for any future booking you will need to pay for your appointment before the service in full. If you are late for your appointment it may result in a cancellation in result of a 50% charge to the appointment.
